First Process (Document Screening)
Determines whether an applicant is qualified to be an
ideal SUNBO person and has basic knowledge
about the applied position.
Second Process (Interview by Management-level Staff)
Interviews are conducted by working-level
and management-level personnel. The applicant’s qualifications are
reviewed to determine if he/she is highly qualified and suitable
for SUNBO’s core values, has good job performance ability,
has global sense/ability, and has good personality.
Third Process (Medical Check-up)
The health and physical fitness of an applicant
is evaluated through a medical check-up
